Day 1: Arrive in Bangkok


On arrival make your way to your centrally located hotel in Bangkok


Day 2: Grand Palace & Emerald Buddha Half-Day Temple Tour

Discover the Royal Grand Palace, an astonishing 60-acre (25-ha) Bangkok landmark that features spectacular Thai architecture. Tour the complex's temples and pagodas, including magnificent Wat Phra Kaew—the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.

Get picked up from your hotel and head towards the the official residence of the Kings of Siam and Thailand—the Royal Grand Palace, built in 1782. Your guide shares insight into the architectural styles and Thai decorative techniques on display in the riverside compound.

Cross the lawns and courtyards to reach Wat Phra Kaew. Regarded as the most sacred temple in Thailand, this temple's main building houses the 26-inch-tall (66-cm) Emerald Buddha, an astonishing, centuries-old statue carved from one large piece of jade. The Buddha's gold outfits are changed by the king during a special ceremony at the start of each new season to bring good fortune to the country.

Next, roam the complex of the Grand Palace with your guide, admiring the proud golden domes, inspirational spires, mosaics of glass or porcelain, and exotic, richly carved wall murals. Depending on religious ceremonies and royal visits, you might even be able to enter the Coronation Hall and Royal Funeral Hall before leaving, making a stop to shop at the Gems Gallery on your way back to your hotel.

Day 4: Ayutthaya Ancient Capital Tour with River Cruise

Discover the rich history, fascinating architecture, and iconic buildings of Ayutthaya, an ancient royal capital. Visit the former royal residence at Bang Pa-In Palace, marvel at the Wat Mahathat and Wat Na Phra Men temples, and cruise the waters of Chao Phraya River while enjoying a delicious lunch.

Begin your full-day tour with a journey north of Bangkok to Ayutthaya. The capital and namesake of a 14th-century Siamese kingdom, the preserved ruins of the city are a UNESCO World Heritage Site teeming with archaeological wonders—palaces, temples, and statues.

Start exploring at the majestic waterfront complex of the Bang Pa-In Palace, the former summer residence of Thai royalty. After roaming its ponds, gardens, and pavilions, continue to the temple of Wat Mahathat, where you can see a special tree with the face of Buddha encased in its trunk.

From there, tour mystic Wat Na Phra Men which houses a golden seated Buddha statue. Listen to your knowledgeable guide share the story of the Burmese invasion that destroyed the city, and hear how this remarkable temple was preserved from the fire. Your exploration of spiritual sites continues at Wat Lokaya Sutharam, where you can see the largest reclining Buddha image in Ayutthaya.

Next, hop on board a riverboat and enjoy a buffet lunch while cruising along the gentle currents of the Chao Phraya River back to Bangkok. Observe locals going about their daily life along the waterfront before returning to Hotel.


Day 5: Floating Market Tour with Long-Tail Speedboat Ride

Take an unforgettable boat tour on a peaceful canal that weaves through Thailand's picturesque countryside. Experience the lifestyle of locals who live and work on these interconnected waterways, and take in the daily bustle at Damnoen Saduak, popular floating market selling colourful handicrafts and fresh produce.

Begin your day by getting picked up at your hotel (if option is selected) or meet at Narai Hotel in Silom, and then head out of town, passing through the beautiful Rachaburi Province to glimpse the timeless lifestyle of the people who reside along the canals in the Damnoen Saduak District.

Stop by a coconut farm for a look at the process of making sugar from this useful native fruit, and then continue past houses set right on the water. Listen as your guide shares stories about the area's farmers, who use canal waters in this naturally fertile area for both irrigation and transport.

When you reach your boat, hop on board and cruise through the scenic waterways on your way to the famous floating market. Arrive and admire massive piles of fruit and vegetables carefully stacked on small boats. Snap photos of each vendor, consider bartering for your own tasty snack, and look for handicrafts from artisans cruising through the market before you head back to shore and your hotel.

Day 6:Muay Thai Live Performance at Asiatique

Created by acclaimed director Ekachai Uekrongtham, Muay Thai Live – The Legend Lives, is a spectacular stage show about the history of Thai boxing—from its origins to present day—presented in 5 thrilling chapters.

The Asiatique evening markets are a great setting for the show. The Stage @ Asiatique is a large, indoor, air-conditioned, and new arena, which was purpose-built for Muay Thai Live – The Legend Lives. During this magnificent show, which includes special effects and state-of-the-art lighting, you witness battles and tragedy mixed with joy and comedy. Learn about how Muay Thai began and why it is still so significant in Thai life today.

After a short break, the stage lights up again, having been transformed into a real boxing ring. It is impossible not to get caught up in the excitement of 2 real Muay Thai kickboxing events.


Day 7: Fly home

Today is your last day in Bangkok.  Make the best of it before heading back home.
